1. Non-Perishable Products: Hampersfactory.com has a 7-day return policy for all non-perishable products. You can initiate the return process by contacting our customer service team. The product must be returned in its original packaging, and the return should be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.

Perishable Products: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on perishable items such as cakes, chocolates, flowers, etc. However, if there is any issue with the quality or freshness of the product, you can reach out to our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the order, and we will address the issue.

Refund Process:

• Refunds will be processed in the same mode as the original payment method within 7-10 working days from the date of initiating the refund.

• If the payment was made through a credit or debit card, the refund amount will be credited to the same card used for the payment.

• In the case of a payment through a bank transfer, the refund amount will be credited to the same bank account from which the payment was made.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Non-Perishable Products: You can cancel the order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service team. The refund will be initiated within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation.

Perishable Products: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept cancellations on perishable items such as cakes, chocolates, flowers, etc. However, if you want to cancel the order, you can reach out to our customer service team within 1 hour of placing the order, and we will do our best to address your request.
